Puritan Prescription Advocates (Puritan) is an outcome oriented, PAP delivery improvement platform designed to assist FQHC’s, Look- Alikes, Community Health Centers, etc., address increasing health needs within the context of your broader health improvement strategies.
Broadly speaking, Puritan proposes three areas referred to below where we can be very helpful:
- Puritan proposes to reduce your annual total drug spend through the optimization of PAP programs available to your eligible patient populations – not currently being taken
advantage of (leverage available resources not currently being utilized), resulting in hard dollars back to your organization. - Puritan has domain experience and thus a platform to address the “pain points” as they relate to the administration of your current PAP program (better, faster, redirected capacity, opportunity cost benefit, etc.).
- Community Development Initiatives designed raise awareness of your facility(ies) through outreach to faith based organizations in proximity to your locations (“Store Front” concept).
In summary, Puritan desires to optimize the use of PAPs to achieve a reduction in the cost of your patient’s medicines currently being borne by your organization, and to help improve the health of your overall community by enabling redirection of capacity to your primary care services. Puritan will achieve this through administering your current PAP initiatives better, faster, more efficiently, while at the same time laying out the savings we propose to deliver.
